We worry about what others will do if we try and fail; we worry we won’t reach the goal because we’ve failed before; we worry that others are already doing it so it’s not worth doing; we worry that someone else has already done a version of it so what’s the use?
We even worry that we won’t produce what someone has asked for or often, we worry because we don’t even know where to start

What is Coaching
Coaching not only looks at the steps you need to take to achieve a goal; it also looks at what is stopping you. If you have a goal and had the same one for over a year, what has stopped you from doing it?
This is often one of the most important aspects of coaching; understanding the barriers we face, especially if they are self-imposed barriers.

Life AsPland Coaching
Life As-Pland coaching takes place either via Skype/Zoom or similar; or for an additional fee, for those in Kent, we can offer coaching in your home or local venue of your choice.
I offer a variety of coaching options – each tailor made to your needs and availability.
When we first chat, we will look at what you want to achieve – tackle a work project, go to the gym regularly, write a book, declutter your home, balance home and work life, etc – then we will work out what you need to do to get there.
For many of us, we have 1001 ideas of what we want to do but get so overwhelmed by it all, we don’t know where to even start. So we do nothing.
When we chat, we will look at all your ideas, help you decide what you really want to do from the list then work out what you need to do to get there.
Think of me as your mum when you’ve said you will tidy your room, I will keep checking in to make sure you’ve done what you said you would. However, I won’t shout if you don’t do it, I will support you with different strategies to try and help.
